By creating or joining a pool on My Golf Pool, you agree to these terms. Please read the Privacy Policy too — it explains how we handle your data.
My Golf Pool lets a commissioner create a pick-based golf pool for a real PGA Tour tournament, invite players, and follow a live leaderboard built from publicly reported tournament scores. We make reasonable efforts to keep scores accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the data is error-free or that a pool's scoring will exactly match any other source.
Commissioners sign in with an email-based link — no passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how you manage your pool.
Pools with 4 or fewer entries are free. Pools with 5 or more entries require a one-time $20 fee, charged to the commissioner only — players never pay to join or view a leaderboard. Fees are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once a pool has entries beyond the free tier, except where required by law.
Any prize offered for a pool is set up, funded, and awarded by that pool's commissioner, not by My Golf Pool. We don't hold, guarantee, or distribute prizes, and we aren't a party to any prize arrangement between a commissioner and their players. Check your local laws before running a pool involving money or prizes.

You're responsible for the pool names, team names, logos, and other content you upload. We can remove content or pools that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is." We aren't affiliated with the PGA Tour or any tournament organizer, and tournament data comes from third-party providers we don't control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Golf Pool isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes over prizes between a commissioner and their players.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
